Refund Policy

1. Pro-Rata Refunds for Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel your S2D Spots Plus subscription, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your billing cycle:

How Pro-Rata Refunds Work:

Refund = (Days Remaining in Cycle / Total Days in Cycle) × Subscription Amount

Example:

• You are on a monthly plan ($6.99/month)
• On day 15 of a 30-day month, you cancel
• Days remaining: 15
• Refund: (15 / 30) × $6.99 = $3.50

2. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Processed within 5 business days
• Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit
• You will receive an email confirmation with your refund amount

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

Eligible:

• Unused portion of your subscription if you cancel mid-cycle
• Duplicate charges due to system error (we will refund immediately)

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Satisfaction refunds (you changed your mind about the service)
• Voluntarily deleted account with active subscription (refund still applies, but no grace period)
• Misuse of account or violation of Terms of Service

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a refund was not processed:

• Email us at support@s2dadventures.com within 30 days of the charge
• Include your email, date of charge, and reason for dispute
• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

5. Chargeback Rights

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, we will cooperate with the dispute resolution process. However, chargebacks may result in account termination.
