1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using S2D Spots ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Subscription Billing

2.1 Recurring Charges — By subscribing to S2D Spots Plus, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately and on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) until you cancel your subscription.

2.2 Billing Disclosure — The amount you authorize will be charged to your payment method:

• Monthly: $6.99 USD per month
• Yearly: $59.00 USD per year

2.3 Affirmative Consent — By clicking "Subscribe," you expressly authorize S2D Adventures to charge your card immediately and automatically renew until cancelled. You have the right to cancel at any time.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 Easy Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

3.2 Pro-Rata Refunds — If you cancel mid-billing cycle, we will issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription:

• Example: Cancel on day 15 of a 30-day month = refund for 15 days
• Refunds are calculated as: (Days Remaining / Days in Cycle) × Subscription Amount
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

3.3 No Refund Exceptions — We do not offer refunds for voluntary account deletion, unused features, or dissatisfaction with content.

4. Plan Changes

4.1 Upgrade/Downgrade — You may upgrade from Monthly to Yearly or downgrade to Monthly at any time. Pro-ration will be applied:

• Upgrade: You pay the difference between the two plans
• Downgrade: Any overpayment is credited to your next billing cycle or refunded

5. Free Tier & Plus Membership

5.1 Free Tier — You may create a free account and use basic features (limited to 1 passport, 5 custom collections) at no cost.

5.2 Plus Membership — Plus membership unlocks all features. A subscription to Plus is required to access premium features.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your payment information is accurate and current
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content — You retain all rights to content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant S2D Adventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the Service.

7.2 Prohibited Content — You may not upload content that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or violence
• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity

8. Limitation of Liability

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. S2D ADVENTURES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost data or account access
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on Service content

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tennessee.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
